In order to sign up or register a new account on Northwell Health, you will need to please review and accept our terms of service. Without accepting our terms of service, you won’t be allowed to create a new account, which automatically denies you access to all the values and benefits of Northwell Health System.

Northwell Health is pleased to announce we are now offering you access to your urgent care medical records through it patient portal. Both the online website and the mobile app gives you access to;

  • Communicate with your doctor: Get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home.
  • Access your test results: No more waiting for a phone call or letter – view your results and your doctor’s comments within days.
  • Request prescription refills: Send a refill request for any of your refillable medications.
  • Manage your appointments: Schedule your next appointment, or view details of your past and upcoming appointments.

HOW TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT

To register for an account on the Northwell Health patient portal (MyNorthwell), carry on by following these steps; Step 1: You will need to copy this url and open on your browser (https://www.northwell.edu/dashboard/register-email) which will direct you to create a new account on Northwell Health.

Step 2: Just immediately the sign up page loads, you see it as Create An Account. You are to fill the registration form which only requires providing your Email address (for example: someone@gmail.com). Keep in mind that whichever email you submit must receive a notification with a verification process for your account.

Step 3: According to Northwell Health privacy policy and terms of use, it is important for a new user to accept the terms of service. Tick the box near the I Agree to the Terms of Service.

Step 4: Having provided all information correctly, you have to submit your application by clicking on Continue. This will now trigger the system to send a confirmation to your email.

Step 5: Now you need to open your Inbox or Spam folder for the confirmation sent to your email account. This contains the link or code and process to activate your account successfully.

Step 6: Once all account registration process is completed, you can now proceed to login to your Patient Portal. If you happen to be an Employee, login here.
