Circumstances can happen where you might forget your password, trying to reset your password shouldn’t be much of a problem at all, solution for such happenings have been made possible by the Northwell Health officials.

For further assistance where you’ve forgotten your Password, the support team can help you set a new one by asking you a few questions. For example, your phone number linked to account, email address and any other means of identification to prove account ownership.

How To Reset Your Northwell Login Password

With the Northwell Health Portal or it mobile app, you can use the Reset Password feature to set up a new password. Follow this simple steps;

Step 1: Visit the Northwell Health Login Page: Open your web browser and go to (https://www.northwell.edu/dashboard/login).

Step 2: Just below the login page, find and click on “Forgot Your Password?” option, as it’s available there.

Step 3: Enter the requested information which only needs provision of your Email Address. However, if you do not remember your email address, simply check all the listed email accounts on your phone and use the keyword Northwell to search. Whichever comes up with anything relating to Northwell is your valid email address.

Step 4: Proceed to click on Next, there’s no need complete any security checks. The system will mail or send you instructions for resetting your password.

Step 5: Check Your Email: If it matches the information on our file, you will receive all the information and link to reset and get you a new password. Check out your Junk or Spam Folders if it fails to land in your inbox.

Step 6: On setting a new password, you must enter a different one from your previous passwords. The new password must be 8 characters or contain one of each; Uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and an acceptable special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *?).

Click on ”Sign Up” to create an account with your personal information, verify it and get full access to all the features and benefits of the portal.
