To access the Northwell Mobile App, you must create an account with your healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s website.
We at Northwell Health are working to further improve the accessibility of our excellent care. Right on the palm of your hands, using your smartphone, you can now locate doctors, schedule appointments, pay bills, view medical information, and maintain your online profile.
You may conveniently plan and manage appointments, discover doctors, examine health records, pay bills, get directions, and access medical records by using the Northwell Health App. To get started, just download the app and register.

NOTE: To enjoy all the features and services offered by Northwell via it mobile app, you must still create your patient account, activate and link to it. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organization.
Forgot Your Password?
If you need to manually recover or set a new password for your account, you have this option available on the Northwell website, thanks to the organization and technical team.
Go and click I Forgot My Password on the login page and proceed by entering your valid email address where your password reset instructions and link will be delivered.

It’s advisable to get in touch with your HR department or the Northwell Health IT support staff directly if you need help accessing the portal or need detailed instructions.
